Changes in the network voltage are compared with the 220 V reference value. According to the result, the appropriate triac is triggered and the direction of rotation of the motor is
determined. The rotation angle of the motor provides a proportional change in the variac voltage. The voltage obtained at the variac output is applied to the primary winding of the
booster transformer, allowing the secondary voltage to be added or reduced depending on whether it has phase difference or in the same phase with the network.

Microcontroller Control:

1- Since feedback sampling is done as TRUE RMS, the output voltage will be set to the real 220 v value even in places where the source signals are distorted.
2- Driving voltage control required for the speed of DC motors and therefore the output voltage regulation speed is provided.
3- The risk of failure of triacs used to drive DC motors was completely eliminated.
4- Heat sampling was performed from the booster, engine and variac, and the protection capability was increased.
5- It has RS232 communication capability with PC. In cases where the network varies excessively in a short period of time, a special management program ensures the healthy operation of the regulator.

Digital Voltmeter
Input and output voltages of each phase of the device are monitored with a 72×72 digital voltmeter.

Variac
Variacs used in servo regulators are toroidal type, carbon brushed, motion adjustable auto transformers. Toroidal variacs are used in our regulators as standard, and we manufacture Column
Type Variacs upon request.

BY-PASS Switch

In case of a malfunction in the regulator or during maintenance, the regulator is bypassed via the package switch and continues to operate. Kraus Naimer package switches are used in CAG-brand regulators.

Protections
Overheat, Overcurrent, Output high, Output low, Earth Leakage
